Needs-Based Daily Living (or: How not to live in a cave)/ online with Anna B

11 July, 2024 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

  • « Online – When Close Ties Break – Jim & Valerie
  • CHRISTCHURCH – Listening & Speaking with Heart – Jim & Valerie »

The good life is a process not a state of being. It is a journey, not a destination. Carl Rogers.

Come explore skills, tools and insights for choosing the path of a good life.

This journey is for you if:

  • you’d like to experience more ease in your relationships with others and yourself;
  • you want to move from doing NVC in your head to accessing it in conversations with others;
  • you want to shift your habitual reactions and have more choice in how you respond to things and people;
  • you want to examine what communications habits serve you, which ones don’t and practice making this choice in interacting with others;
  • you want to learn NVC processes that will support you in living the life you want;
  • you’re keen to explore living in alignment with your values – how to be yourself with others.

We meet every other Thursday, for 12 weeks, starting on July 11th, 7:00-8:30
To register: https://www.annabanas.co.nz/event-details-registration/needs-based-daily-living-or-how-not-to-live-in-a-cave
